Summary

MediVisuals has an immediate position open for an experienced full-time Medical Animator to join our production team!

For over 36 years, MediVisuals, Inc. has been the nation’s largest medical demonstrative evidence provider. Because of increased demand for illustrations and animations, we are seeking an experienced and motivated medical illustrator to create professional and effective exhibits. The exhibits are primarily used to demonstrate issues and events involved in litigation (predominantly medical related). The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with a team to create high-quality products in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Work with a team of talented professionals in the Richmond, VA office

• Produce accurate and effective animations in a variety of subject matters (primarily medical) and styles (from realistic to diagrammatic)

• Work with individuals, both inside and outside of MediVisuals, to obtain input and references in a timely manner to develop and deliver projects.

• Simultaneously manage and contribute to multiple projects

• Manage time in a way that allows development of projects within tight deadlines. Some projects may require weekend/longer hours.

• Ability to follow direction, and accept critique

• Stay current with new animation softwares and techniques

• Flexibility to work in the Richmond office as a full-time employee for ~ 2 years to expedite training will positively affect likelihood of employment and amount of compensation
